I'm currently 20 with a 2002 T/A and I pay $157 with progressive. I totaled my supercharged Dakota in 2010 which will lower my rates once it's scrubbed from my record in June of this year.

I'm not sure how anyone can help you with such limited info. Many different factors affect the rates. We know your age but what state? How many tickets? How many accidents? Your credit rating? (yes, that is important now). Are you married? Do you have own a home or still living with parents? Do you have other cars? Which insurance company, besides your State Farm, are you interested in?
Each person will have different insurance scores and thus different rates. My rate would do you absolutely no good. You might be equal or you might be triple or quadruple what I pay.

No doubt. I'm 48 with a clear driving record and good credit, that's not even gonna compare to the rate for someone under 25. My rate would be useless to them.
