Is this a good deal? I don't really have a ton of money and this one seems cheap. 192000 miles

That's a lot of miles.

Buddy of mine is selling his T/A. Not a WS6 but lower miles and good price. He takes care of his cars too.

I would even go and take a look at the vehicle classifieds on this forum. Some damn good deals over there for the modded cars..

I'll keep this simple. If you don't have a lot of $$, don't buy a car, any car, with 192,000 miles on it. 98% of them will be 'money pits' and a horrible ownership experience.
