whats the condition of the plugs and wires ?
Have you scanned the car to see if anything shows up

need more details and info on the car.

I had evey thing replace about 2500 miles ago opti etc.

Check o2's. Also how bad does it bog when at 3800? And how bad is the idle?

Idle s bad one day good another idle's in between 300&1000 rpm.
I think it might have to do with the egr valve because rightside hose from exhaust manufold is burned up and that's the egr system.??????

bogs and almost die.have to let off the gas before it backfires then runs right. runs right till hitting about 3800 rpms

fuel pressure is good.it all started when the hose from the exhaust manufold burned up got the pipe from the exhaust manufold blocked off but the one going to the bottom of motor is open
