look on car-part.com
look under firebird, then 1993-2002 for year range, then look under molding, rocker
based on the zipcode for your town you have on your page, Gadsden AL, I saw there is a passenger side about 50 miles from your location, it is red, but you say youre painting your car anyway. They don't have a price listed so would have to call them. Hope this helps.

BTW all rocker moldings for the Trans Am are the same from 1993-2002

one more thing I just thought about, make sure to ask if its for a Trans Am and not the W68 package for the Firebird, as they are both different.

Ecklers Camaro has the rocker panels for $47 plus shipping, which was about $30 for me. For the price I'm guessing they're repros, but it's not a bad price. I haven't put it on the car yet so I can't tell you how they fit yet.

have you checked with "Firehawkjeff" on Ebay, AKA Trans Am Creations out of Heflin, AL? He's only about 50 miles from your city. Also if you go on the Atlanta Craigslist, there is a guy out of Newnan, GA that has like 30 different 4th fbodies that he is parting out, you could see if he has a side skirt.

Did their rocker panel match your original? I bought a reproduction rocker panel for my 4th gen and it didn't match the original. The original rockers curve inwards near the center but the repro was totally straight. I'll probably take one from a firebird in the junk yard, curious to hear if you had the same issue though.

Hopefully some of the people are still around. The thread is almost 5 years old.
