Default Need Help identifying trim piece.

Ok so on the steering column where the blinker arm attaches to the column it seems I'm missing a trim piece that covers the back side of the stalk and wires. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Pics part# name would be awesome. It's driving me Nutz

Yea, they seem to disconnect if you bang into them.
I use to just push the halves together when they'd come apart in my old '98 T/A.

No issues on my 2001 Redbird Formula. Maybe they became 1 piece?

Maybe you'll find one still together at a salvage yard?

Easy does it, and Good Luck on your quest.

For an ebay search, I would call it "26035293" and see if there were any results.

I just did this....

This post got me to thinking. I believe that I am missing the one on my 98. Is this part still available from GM? I searched that part # on GMParts Direct and it didn't show anything. Searched by part diagram and that part wasn't listed. It was shown on the diagram, but not listed.

It was bugging me, so I went out and looked. I do have the cover in my car. But I checked ebay by the # and found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Corvette-Steering-Column-Turn-Signal-Cover-/380831268162?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item58ab4ffd42&vxp=mtr
