Default LS1 Starter, relays, an easy fix?

My car randomly does not want to crank, maybe 1 in 50 times. Eventually, if you wait long enough, it will crank. It does this during hot and cold starts.

Info:

VATS has been bypassed already, security is fine.

Starter is NOT getting power randomly.

I have tried multiple starter relays when it decides to not start, none help.

New battery, all connections are good.

What else is left?

All the gauges and lights operate correctly as well. When it does this, it just makes a clicking noise, or no noise at all. the lights and gauges dim for a second when trying.

I had a similar issue a couple of years ago. I found a bad connection in the fuse named "start".
