Default Rack and Pinion WS6

Do all WS6's come with the firm suspension rack and pinion. I have a leaking line on my rack and the lines are different for the different racks. Which RPO code should I be looking for?

there are 2 racks for 4th gens, so don't need to worry about the RPO code to badly. ALL LT1 cars and ALL V6's use one rack and ALL LS1's use another

the cheapest options are the A-1 Cardone units at RockAuto:

the LT1/V6 rack is part number 22150
the LS1 rack is part number 22185

the distinct way of telling which rack is on the car (in the case of the possibility some PO has swapped it) is to look at the steering coupler (just inches above the top of the rack), if it has a rag joint then use the LT1 rack if it doesn't then it's the LS1 rack.
