Default removing rear seat belt guides

I decided to take out my rear seats, got both of the buckets out, but once I started working on the back rest and got to the seatbelt guides I couldn't unscrew them with a torx because they were on so tight. My stupidity let me try to drill one of them out which didn't work, so what do I do if the torx screws just won't unscrew.

What kind of torx tool were you using? A torx socket bit with a breaker bar will do the job.

Personally when I got to this point I just unbolted the seat belt assembly thats behind the sail panel interior plastic and left the guides (with the seat belts running through them) attached to the seat.

Thanks for the replies my buddy had a torx 30 socket which gave me the leverage and for the stripped screw I just 're shaped it.
