1LE help
1999 1LE Formula. I just purchased the car and the previous owner(goober) pulled all the 1LE suspension off the car and installed some kyb shocks and struts. He also changed the springs to eibach pro's I think. He said the springs dropped the car around 2''. I found where I can get ahold of the Koni Double adjustables, but I'm not sure what springs were used. Any help with this will be appreciated.

Here's another list of spring PNs, the 1LE PNs (and WS6 '96-'99) agree w/ the previous list I posted.
Springs information (RPO codes, P/N):
RPO codes (6xx, 7xx, 8xx, 9xx) xx is the spring code and will be two letters.
----------------------------------------
Important Info:
The stock V8s rear springs are used on 98+ V6 models (114 lbs/in).
The 98+ V6s have stiffer front springs (257 lbs/in) than earlier years.
Y87 cars have same springs as non-Y87.

Yessir, the WS6 performance package pretty much included all the 1LE suspension components. What makes the parts "1LE/WS6" are slightly harder bushings. The arms are the same. Most of these bushings aren't available anymore.
Are you looking to return this car to totally factory original parts?
Quite honestly, a car with the 1LE or WS6 options only performed marginally better than the stock suspension. The shocks alone are the most substantial upgrade in performance.
Unless you're returning to stock, the aftermarket performance goodies will perform better.
I'm not a fan of big body drops and I'd consider 2 inches excessive. But drops are up to a car's owner.

I wasn't sure what the springs were. Thought they may have been 1LE specific. Gonna get the Koni's and look for the right springs. I had firehawk springs on a 2000 which lowered it about an 1''-1.25''. Might go with those. Would like Global West to make a full set of del-a-lum bushings for the car.
