Default 2002 Trans Am Ws6 issue after clutch and spark plug changing

Idk how exactly to describe the problem I am having. My clutch blew up a few weeks ago and yesterday I installed the level 3 Monster kit and it works great and everything. While the car was down I changed the spark plugs, and I know I tore at least one plug wire up because I can hear the engine misfiring, but the main issue is that when the car is running and sitting in the driveway it idles fine, but once I take off, it doesn't want to drop below 1k Rpm sometimes, sometimes its as high as 2k, I can't figure it out. the only big difference on the engine is the aluminum flywheel that I replaced the stock one with.

Sounds like something is amiss in your transmission.

I don't know, I mean it runs and shifts perfectly, actually alot smoother now with the new clutch, There doesn't seem to be anything amiss other than the Rpms staying up, I noticed on the drive I went on this afternoon that when im slowing down I can put it in Neutral and the RPMs will stay about 2100 when im giong about 40 but if i depress the clutch they start falling back down

Are there any codes? Maybe it has to have a tune, but that might be a stretch.

Fix your misfire before you do anything else. Pull the plugs out and make sure the porcelain is not cracked. Give each tip a wiggle and see if any are loose. More often than not people over-tighten the plug and crack the porcelain. Once you have confirmed they are all in good shape then look into replacing the plug wires you believe to have been "cut". There is no reason the rpm should be hanging up other than an issue with spark control. Fix the misfire and you will fix your problem.
