Default 02 Firebird Alarm System Not Working

So I was driving in the rain one night and I drove through a street flooded with water... The next day my lock and unlock remote doesn't lock or unlock, it jus set the alarm on.. And there's a clicking noise coming from the passenger floor.. Any one knows what this is?

Sounds like a problem with the BCM. It controls those functions and lives under the dash on the passenger side.

Is it a easy fix or do I have to get a specialist?

It's down and dirty electronics work - the most expensive type of work to hire out on the car. Soldering will probably be required.

This is the simplest BCM fix. I'm not sure if this is your issue, but it should illustrate what might be involved in a repair. (A dealer/mechanic will probably charge you to switch out the entire module as that will be the least expensive route considering the cost of electronics labor.)
