Correct me if I'm wrong, I've seen a bone-stock '02 SS run time almost identical to that, so it sounds about right to me.

A lot of it will come down to driver and individual cars. THere are small differences in how each car runs...the WS6 with lid and cutout ran a 13.2 @ 104. That's an automatic car. The firehawk, which is a manual, ran 13.1 @106. Again...with a lid and cutout on the car. Neither car was ran without a lid or cutout...so we don't have completely stock times..but pretty close to it.

I don't have the 0 to 60 times but I run the best 1/4 in my 2001 WS6 at 13.25@ 106. Now with my 2002 it had a lid and ran the best 1/4 @ 13.20@107.

The second week I had my car i ran a 13.2 @ 109mph. Bone stock with about 1,100 miles on the odometer. Mine is an 02 A4 WS6. so go figure. If i can still find my time slips ill post them...

Mine pulled a 13.2@ 107mph in the 1/4 bone stock. That's without powershifting and a crappy 2.2 60 ft. I'm no wizard with a 6 speed so I gotta believe 12s are possible with a stock LS1 and the right driver.

I ran a crappy 13.909 @104mph in my stock 02 WS6. Actually, I do have a Zed style cutout. I dyno'd 333rwhp and 345rwtq.

jerflash,
What did you dyno at? That is an insane MPH for a lid/catback car. Most every mph that I've seen (on stock tires) is around 104-105, regardless of 60ft time.
Just saw needforspeeds mph and that is incredible as well. You guys must be pushing 360rwhp for those mph's.
That's incredible for a stock block. Need4speed would be pushing 440ish at the flywheel!!!
Crazy.

I have not seen or heard of a stock 02' running under 12.9 in the 1/4....
But, let me add my stats.
I went once with lid and K&N filter and street tires. Never been to the track before or since and only did one run for ***** and giggles.
I made the error of driving through the water and after spinning to clean the water off I still spun at 1400 rpm for the launch before I hooked with a 2.2 60 ft. I did the 1/4 in 13.5 at 103.73 mph and my 1/8 was 8.82 at 82.71 mph.
Here is a fun 0 to 60 calculator

and on my nittos when my clutch was sliping i was able to get really high mph
114 and 115 and about a 12.50 1.4 time on those runs

those are crazy mph and times for 330ish mph unless you have some serious weight reduction or are hard core power shifting. You must have a wicked torque curve or your race track is at a negative DA

Most people don't know that a handfull of 2002 WS6 and 2001 WS6 ram airs got ZO6 blocks(about 30,000 for 2002 final year) so ,many of us are pushing much higher horsepower than the 325HP at the crank(imagine the look when you run with an SVT cobra at the track with little or no mods, I have beat SVT cobra's with the 390hp). Think about it, WS6 already comes with a ZO6 intake, so ones like mine that came with the ZO6 block by chance will make lots of power. Mine is pushing something like 350-360hp to the wheels. Not to mention I had damn near perfect launch and conditions that evening(cool) I ran the 12.73@113. Previous attempts, with bad launches yeilded only 13.0sec flat in the 1/4. My car only has about 8000 miles on it also, don't drive it much. Like I stated, I only added a K&N air filter and Royal Purple oil to the engine and Royal purple MAX gear oil to the rear end and tranny, and I took the MAF screen out. A lot of WS6's are faster than C5 vettes(GM did not want this known). With a new exhaust and headers as well as a dyno tune on a WS6 like mine, you can run with a ZO6 at the track. Also I am a very good driver as well. Even being a good driver, it is hard to get the stock tires to hook well for those times I ran. It took me 5 runs before I broke into the twelves. I own a custom shop and used to work for GM, so I do know what I am talking about. Many of you out there are sitting on a monster like me, you just have to test it and find out. You can tell if you are one of the lucky ones with the ZO6 block by checking the block number on the back of the block between the firewall and the back of the block. If I can find the info I have put up somewhere to help you identify your block, I will post it. It is very difficult to see, It took a tiny mirror and 3 hours under car with a flashlight trying to indentify my block(it is not easy to see) but it is worth the effort if you are one of the lucky ones. I took my wife on a run and with her extra weight in the car, it did 0-60 in 4.8 secs and with a little less than a 1/4 tank of gas. When you go to the track only put a few gallons of gas in it to keep the weight down, you should never have over a 1/4 tank of gas when you test at the track. Also I have been running this new shell v-power premium gas in all of my vehicles lately, I believe it is 100 octane and that helps. Maximum you can run on a stock WS6 is 100 octane. I tried race gas and it messed up my O2 sensors and had to have them replaced.

WS6 ZO6 block indentification
Here it is for all who would like to know if your WS6 has a ZO6 block. LS6 block indentification
Then those of you who are lucky enough to have this secret, you will find out how I can run ZO6 times in the 1/4 mile by just running Royal Purple in the motor, in the tranny and rearend, with a K&N air filter, MAF screen removed running shell V-power pump gas. Try not to spread this info to anyone other than 2001-2002 WS6 owners. You won't be a sleeper at the track very long if people know your secret. If you have this block, you will make much power with bolt ons. I haven't even begun to make real power yet. I should be way deep in the elevens with better tires and some good bolt on's. Just lowering a WS6, putting better shocks, better anti-sway bars, and frame connectors will drop your 1/4 times by .3-.4 tenths alone. Enjoy!

'needforspeed' I would like to know where you heard or read that a 01' or 02' F-Body with a LS6 is producing more HP.
All reports I have heard are that the HP is the same.

need4speed,
Do you have any dynos of your car? I figured it would have to be pushing about 360-370 to run in the 12's. That is a crazy amount of HP for a stock WS6, even with the Z06 block. By the way, the Z06 block doesn't add much if any horsepower. The big difference between the stock C5 and the Z06 is the exhaust, maf, intake, heads, and cam, not the block.
