Question Part numbers aren't good now?

I want to replace the third brake light housing and the center tail light panel on my WS6.

The part numbers were taken off the original components; however, they do not appear to be valid at this time, I believe the numbers have been superseeded by new or alternate part numbers.

The center panel #16516876 has a manufacture date of 3/19/02
The 3rd brake light housing #16518372 (this number was/is very small and hard to read, but I believe I transcribed it correctly) also has a manufacture date of 3/19/02.

The car is the yellow collector's edition Trans Am; However, it did not come with the SILVER graphics Collector's edition rear center tail light panel, it came with the standard RED graphics panel. I want the one identical to the one I have now (red graphics/red bird outline).

Can anyone tell me what these part numbers have changed to?

Your help is very much appreciated!

I owe ya one.
The 3rd light p/n seems to be:
Trans Am third brake light assembly (98-02) = 5977470

The filler panel is:
Firebird tail filler panel (from 00-02 Trans Am) = 5977286

Only problem I see is that the GM part numbers all used to be 8 digits long.
I would think these should start with a '1', such as 15977470, but don't know for sure.

They definitely are not all 8 digits!! Some places will enter the shorter ones with zeros at the beginning, but those are the correct numbers.
