Default what the *** is THAT?!!!!!

when i bought my car, it had this universal toggle switch with wires that tapped into the fuel pump.

anyone have any ideas what it does or why it taps into it there?

If the wires cut into the fuel pump wires then I would bet fuel pump manual cut off switch.

same thoughts. If the wires are still hooked up, flip the switch one way, start the car and see if it stops. then flip it the other way and do the same. if the car stops running you'll know what its for

Don't touch it, it's a self destruct switch.

thats why im thinking its not.

when i bought the car, the guy said something about a secondary fuel pump system so if one goes, the other kicks in or stays on..something like that, i cant rememeber. maybe it was for that?
