Didn't SLP have a way of looking up production #'s but stopped doing it for some retarded reason.

SLP stopped doing WS6 after '97, ASC did WS6 conversions '98-'02. Apparently ASC's records are now lost, but here's a link to spreadsheets for all '98 WS6 colors EXCEPT red and black. Looking at your avitar, you may be SOL.
