Default 67 firebird

my buddy has a 67 firebird and needs a fuel pump bad, it's leaking fuel out everywhere. He has a 428ci that came out of a 69 Grand Prix...does anybody know the part number for that pump? We tried kragen and auto zone and the picture of the one they kept pulling up wasn't the same one he has

If you're using the same pump that came off the Grand Prix, it crosses to a Carter # M4868, and I believe National Parts Depot sells it under C-3890-245.

What is different, the shape and size of the pump or the mounting flange or the pushrod?

I have a Holley pump on my 400 I love it. Maybe you should go aftermarket for one
