so you guys tune using other shops that are local to whoever needs the tune?

For dyno tuning, yes, we leverage other shops that have the proper facilities.

For mail order tuning, we ship our GT Tuner hand held programmer out with the program written to the customer's specifications, then they ship it back after they've programmed their car with it.
