Unhappy Weird Vibration

I've got a 96' TA, and it's making a high frequency (spelling?) vibration when I get to 55mph or higher. I kind of goes away when I accerate, and starts again when I'm coasting or slowing down. I know it's not the driveshaft, because I had it re-balanced. So, I'm thinking it may be something in the rearend, or the trans. What do ya'll think?

You'd probably be better off posting this in one of the tech sections... A4 or M6? Have you eliminated wheel balance?

Can you feel it vibrating or do you just hear it?
