Does anyone know how to remove the headrest on a 2002 T/A WS6 without taking the seat completely apart?

Are youu looking to take the unit off or just the leather. The leather kinda peals off but its a bitch.

Would like to replace the entire headrest with one that is embroidered with the "Bird" on it.
