Default hard wire foglights

I want to hard wire my fog lights. when I had my 98 neon i used the power ant. swith to one of the wires on the fog light switch to turn them on with out the head lights being on, and stay on when the high beams were on. any one know how to do this.

I did something similar. I have an LT1 Formula that came without fogs. I got a set of factory style fogs and didn't want to cut a hole for a switch. I wired them into the marker lights in the bumper- basically just tapped power on the wires that come on with the headlights. It works beautifully- if I turn the headlight switch on, the fogs come on, regardless of high or low beam.
