congrats. I just picked my 09 Panther Black GT Monday. I think I am going with axle back exhaust, intake, tune, and a set of wheels too. I will keep the stockers for winter time

Cts_v wheela look awesome but 2010 camaro ss wheels look so much better. Staggered setup so no rotating tires. If you buy 4 wheels from the camaro ss front meaning 20x8. Then you can rotate tires.
As far as cold air intake roto fab is the way to go. Superchips tune is inexpensive and easy to use for the mods u have listed you want to do. Its a handheld tuner

Congrats. Stryker Blue FTW!!! Get a rotofab intake, Kooks headers and a tune and you will be very happy with it.

Vararam intakes are pretty awesome. Put mine in not too long ago and it wasn't as hard as some make it out to be. You can legitimately feel the change in performance right away too.

Congrats on the new G8, Stryker Blue is an awesome color. I really like mine and it's definitely the best car I've ever owned.

I love the look of the Camaro wheels on the G8, but I wouldn't want 20's and low profile tires with our potholed streets. Many G8 owners have bent the 19" wheels so I would imagine the 20's would be even easier to bend.

The wheels on that Stryker Blue G8 are made by Bremmer Kraft. I think those are some sharp looking wheels.

A new Vararam goes for $340 from Maryland speed. So depending on how legit the tuner is, it could definitely be a good deal.

I have had issues as you have described with the GXP rim/tire set up. Mostly with losing tires. The rims get slightly bent but they are still balancing out. The car is too heavy for the profile of tire they chose.

You should look into road hazard coverage for your wheels & tires.

i personally am not a big fan of this tuner, i will most likely use my tried and true proven tuner "NoGo" as i have known him for almost 10 years and trust him completely

If you want a vararam I can sell you a complete one in good working order and cleaning kit for a cheap price.
