g8 gt retune

the dealership called my dad today saying he had to bring in his gt to have the computer retuned or updated. what are they going to do detune the car or what.

nah there is a TSB out to reflash the ECM for w/e reason. It's not to detune it. Surprised they are calling people about it though.

Technical service bulletin to reflach the computer for whatever reason. He doesn't know the exact reason for the reflash..
