If you have the money for a turbo build, whats the most expensive thing that could break other than motor and transmission anyway?

I'm the current owner of the car, so I can answer your questions.

1. Stock fuel supply with KB Boost-A-Pump
2. 60lb injectors and NGK TR6 spark plugs
3. It has the stock radiator and no additional oil cooler

Good Luck

Back in August off of here.... but I haven't really driven it since the 1st week I purchased. I have recently changed the old cam (New Era 230/240@116+0 which was way tooo big) that was in it, to a much smaller Comp 220/224 @115+1. It runs a whole lot better and so much stronger in the low to mid area, but we are having some tuning issues with the (RPM Built)tranny. The tranny tune doesn't like the trq quite well, so it doesn't want to shift properly at WOT. We are in the process of doing some resistor mods that hopefully will help raised the line pressures correctly.

Yes... I live in Spring Lake and is a Warrant Officer in the 1st TSC on Bragg. I haven't driven the IOM G8 much at all, since I purchased it from Jay Healy of Vegeance Racing. So I mostly drive my Black G8 with staggered 20's on it or one of my LS2 powered S-10's (Black Xtreme's: ext cab truck and 2dr Blazer) other than my daily driver which is a Blue 01 GMC Sierra (ext cab/sportside sitting on 24's). I'm always at the track in the Black G8 or the S10 truck.

I'm not sure you do. I've been installing this kit on my car over the last few weeks. It's not an easy install, especially since it wasn't really designed for a G8. There are some special things you have to do to get it to fit. In the end you will have a car that is now harder to work on. A dealership probably won't touch it with a stick. In hind sight, I woud have gone with a Prodrive supercharger.
