I drove mine through the winter. Not the greatest time on the slick roads. I plan on buying a beater truck this fall for winter.

Mine was great in the winter. Mine is auto, but I drove it on nitto 555's, with the mods just like it sits, other than the bigs, and littles. I had 17x8.5's up front with 245/24/17's, and 18x9.5's with 285/45/18's on the rear. No issues.

My 05 GTO is the best DD i have ever owned.
They are a great mix of being fast, great interior, and an enjoyable car to drive.

I liked the V much more lookswise too but the interior was a lot better on the GTO, at least i thought so, and the real kicker was the price as an LS2 GTO was basically half the price or less of an LS2 V at the time.

Both are great cars however, depends what one finds more important.

What about parts when the car breaks, must be like a treasure hunt to find them?
