Default Driveshaft Shop introduces a new rear Flange for the Stock Diff

Last week i had a thought about how to change the problem we were having with the threads on the rear plate. I had considered making it out of steel and still might but i came up with this idea. let me know what you guys think. The end is a 1350 End from a Driveshaft so you know its strong enough and we would supply it with a longer bolt and double nuts to ensure the bolts will not come loose ever !!!!!

We may also make it with a u-bolt yoke. this is only a prototype

only 1.8 lbs

what do you think ?

I just might need someone to test, The aluminum end is for the guys that don't want to open the Diff up so its a easy bolt on job (i believe it will be 199.99)

If you running higher Hp we have this billet 4340 Rear Pinion flange set up also

this with the 1350 flange its 249.99

But then you could always go to the 9" if your really pushing power !!!!

Would this replace the round aluminum adapter on your 900hp GTO drive shaft and would it bolt in without changes to the drive shaft? (I have the 900hp shaft.)

Ehh I'll wait until i pop my factory diff for a second time. Lol but I'm very interested in the flanges, no sure which one I want to go with. I like the simplicity of the bolt on one you prototyped. What kind of tq/hp would you rate your new one at?

No problems. I just don't like the look of big aluminum adapter. If I wanted to change, would just half of the billet pinion flange work? Can I buy just that?

I haven't heard any rumors about the thread issue but that unknown part on the left just plain looks unfinished. Yours on the right looks like a nice piece.
