Default Any unique ideas for 18" stockers?

Heres the dilemma, I'm stuck between getting my rashed stockers redone stock silver or redone black on my pbm. Anybody seen anything different done with them? Either that or sway my opinion!!

I've seen them stripped and polished, and I think I've seen one or two on line where they were chromed. In both cases, it is too much bling for me.

The stock 18s are still the best looking wheel for the GTO IMO:

I'm in the same boat. I bought my car and the stock 18's where already painted black but they were poorly done and chipping and flaking really bad. I'm either going to refinish them silver or gunmetal.

I agree with Gerry. The only "black" wheels that I saw on a PBM that I liked had a red stripe on the outer rim. It at least gave a little contrast. A totally murdered car (I hate that term) just looks way too blah.

I've seen people put small stripes around the outer edge of the wheel. With yours being and the red accent on your grill I would do a red one. I have a neat idea to do on the 17" stockers but those have a bit more contour than the 18". I would much rather have the 18" but for now the 17" will have to do.

I'm partial to the silver wheels. Too much black and nothing to break it up looks terrible to me. I do like black wheels but not solid black.

I have have black ROH Drift R's and they look great but they have a polished ring on them.

OP, on an off topic, it looks like you are about to lose your lower grill insert.
