It does look good but when looking at it i cant help but to think that its trying to hard to resemble the Trans Am WS6 hood.

Just my opinion.

I must admit I was one of the yahoos that used to complain about the GTO's and say they look to much like a grand am, but I realize now (although it really does look like a grand am on roids) that I was just mad that they killed the t/a and replaced it with the GTO that didnt look like a GTO. The 02 T/A does not look any thing like the old T/As unless you look at the evolution of them.
With that said I have really done a 180 on the way I look at the GTO the car is just sexy the Int is ahead for its time (and still looks better than a new vette) and really does have great body lines. If Pontiac would have named it something different I honestly think it might have sold better I cant tell you how many times I have heard "Its a good looking car but its not a GTO". For example: if gm would have done a v6 version to go along with it and called it a GS and the v8 version a GT I personally think it would have went over better, although a lot of people were still in morning over the f body(including me).
Just look at the G8 and g8 gt. That is a sick *** new school muscle car that gm really needs to bring back Via the chevy line up I.E chevy lumina in the middle east. They could take use the front fascia from holden and the hood scoops from the g8 and call it something different.
