Right Turner for the model of car?
OBD II Plug installed correctly so it can read the car?
Try to turn key off and back on and see if it reads.

ya i ordered from amazon...hopefully they were competent in sending the correct one...i dont know if theres a way to really tell..

I think all of the inTunes are the same model number. That's one of the selling points. No longer are they vehicle/model specific.

Diablo has some really helpful forums. Try there or call them.
