Thumbs up Track results last night!!..

Hit the track last night and this is what I ran, was hoping for a 12.8-12.7. Cutouts were closed and I ran on a half tank, I usually run on a 1/4 tank. Any thoughts?

An extra tenth in the 60' is usually good for about 2 tenths on the et.

Improving on that 60' will make a good difference. How any passes did you do? Just 1?

Good pass though.

In that case a 1.7 60' would put me near a 12.5-12.6...I'd literally shat my pants lol

That's a pretty good time you got, I think if you really worked on it you could gets a 12.6, i would say your time is pretty good for only two passes.

PBMGTO, I'm just curious if you have compared starts with cutouts open vs. cutouts closed. I have them and I lose torque on takeoff but I haven't track tested anything - to see if a few extra horses down the stretch make up for any lost torque on takeoff.
any thoughts?

Yeah man definitely can feel some lower end torque loss..as far as hp well b4 i put the ud pulley i managed to cut a 12.93 pass with the cutouts open and picked up a couple mph. With the ud pulley i run constant 12.9's with the cutouts closed. I'll b hanging out at the track tonight i'll make a pass with them open and post the results.
