Where is the best place to order a good set of hid headlights and fog lights?

Ive been wondering this myself. My bezels are starting to haze pretty good and have been looking for a nice HID assembly that isn't riced out. Can't find anything nice other than the halo's smokes glass. Anyone have insight on where to look?

DDM has kits for $30 ($40 if you go with the 55w version).
