LS2 with 706 heads
Hey guys, I have a lead on some 706 heads that have been heavily worked. what I am wanting to know is if I swap out my 243's for the worked 706's will I see a significant gain?
The heads that I am looking to get a hold of are 706 heads that have been hand ported. They have larger Manley stainless steel valves, a 5* angle port job, and have been decked the heads have been flow tested at 315 on the intake side and 235 on the exhaust. With the 61cc combustion chambers that should bump me to a 11-1 compression?
Currently I have an ls2 GTO with a ported FAST 102 and a Vengeance racing VRX5 cam along with supporting mods. just looking to get some input. thanks in advance!!!
