Default What's some good struts for 04?

My GTO is lowered..but I'm not sure how much. Front struts are squeaking pretty bad so it's time to replace them..but I'm not sure what brand to get? Or is oem just fine? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Just about anything that fits works "OK". I would talk with Andy at Kollar Racing. He can recommend something to fit your needs. One thing I would have in hand when I called him was the distance from the center of the wheel to the fender arch. If it's lowered a lot you'll need specific struts for that so they operate in the proper travel range.

If you need new struts or springs, you might as well consider the coilovers, all the way around. Might be cheaper and you might be getting more for your money.

Depends on what you want. You can get coilovers for less than $1k or you could get Koni adjustable struts and your choice of springs. I would suggest to stay away from Monroe or oem replacements.
