I actually own this camshaft just havent installed it yet along with ls6 stage 2.5 PRC heads.. You dont need the 3 bolt conversion thats only for LS3 engines as I was told from Tick themselves. You will definitely need a good double valvespring set up along with hardened pushrods. I would also recommend you get LS7 lifts while your at it.

Assuming since you're contemplating this camshaft, that you already have a LS1 or LS6 engine. If that is the case, then you currently have an OEM 3 bolt camshaft. You would not need the 3 bolt conversion gear since you already have a 3 bolt camshaft.

I highly recommend at the very least a new LS2 timing chain(prefer the Katech C5R especially on a Polluter cam car that will need to shift at 7000rpm for that camshaft to perform optimally), a ported LS6 oil pump and you will need a cam swap bolt/gasket kit to swap the cam.

If you have a manual trans, you need at least 4.10 gears for this camshaft to perform optimally and 3.73's with a A4. If you have a A4 you need at least a 4000rpm stall for this camshaft to perform optimally.
