Intake issues... Hey everyone, I am new to the forum but have a bunch of friends that are on here and told me it is a great site so I figured I would join. Back on September 18th I ordered the Svede OTR intake for my 2004 GTO. I ordered it through West Coast Speed. I initially called after placing my order and on their voicemail it stated it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. I have left several emails and voicemails and no one has returned my calls or wrote me back. Has anyone dealt with this company? Also does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Listen to this!!! I called the Covina police where they are supposedly located. The police officer told me they have been shut down for the past 8 months due to fraud!!! Is that not insane??? I hope to god I can get my 470.00 back. I'm seriously shocked.

Yeah, he's only been doing this to everyone for 4 or 5 years now. It was only a matter of time before they got him for fraud, not surprised.
If the dispute time is down to a few months, that probably explains why he makes people wait several months before he may or may not ship things. They regularly show up damaged or in poor condition as well.

Yeah, I am really hoping my CC company can get me my money back. My biggest question is, if he has been busted for fraud why wouldn't the police disable the site??? Also crazy he got away with this for 4-5 years. I guess the only highlight to my day is my carbon fiber banshee hood came in.

I'd avoid that guy like the plague. I see he's sponsoring on LS1GTO again. I wish people would research him and his shady dealings before handing him money. He makes promises and then you can't get a hold of him for anything. He's probably waiting for more people to send him money so he can pay the suppliers he's in hock to to get enough stuff to send out the last 6 month old order. Buyer beware.

Start making the intake again, Jerry. Screw WCS. Or someone needs to send their Svede to K&N filters for them to knock-off and start manufacturing them through their custom intake program.

Yeah svede, that's awful he is still using your name. And it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of him. I wish you still made this product. And I really really wish I was warned about this dude.
