Well my car started with just a real light tink and has grown. The DSS shaft has been in the car for years without an issue. So I put it on a lift and here is what I found...
So in about 2 weeks, out comes the diff and off it goes to Mr.2qwk for a truetrac and 3:90's!

The latest trutrac units have been upgraded again. I'll explain more once I get all the info. If you go that route, make sure to get a new stock unit. Eaton should follow through and update the other short comings of the unit and recall all the other poorly engineered units. I doubt that will happen. It took multiple failures to get where we are now with them.
