Ok what's a good size tire the will hit good without cutting to much on the rear fender lib have a set of billet specialties 15x8 with 5.5 back spacing I have a set of hoosier quick pros 27x11.5x15 they will not work at all so any info would help thx

Are you test fitting them mounted or just looking at that big *** tire and thinking "NO WAY" ?
I run 26x11.5 qtps on 10" wide wheels. Mine fit with about 1/4 to 3/8" of my rear lip remaining.
If you must run a 27" tire a 9" wide would probably work without issue and fit the rim better.
You should look into the new et street R bias ply. Reports of dead hooking with just a quick clean up seem to be the norm and if you have a manual trans the sidewall is stiffer than the qtps which will help your 60ft.

I assume you are making huge power to need such a big tyre.
Our Monaro went quicker using Mickey Thompson 265/40/18 radials, which are about 26.5" tall, than it did with almost 28" tall M&H 275/45/18 radials.
