Default Knock Sensor Tuning

Hi guys, I did a quick tune with my friend on my 2004 GTO. Engine mods are short headers, JBA mid pipes, and an OTR intake. I did a pull with it and logged it with EFILive, and it looks like there was some knock retard, but it took forever to recover from it. I found a stock 2004 C5 tune on the Internet, and the knock tables are way different. Does it make sense to try the C5 tables in my GTO to get knock recovery working faster? I've attached my log and tune files for reference. Thanks!

You need to figure out what caused the knock first... A lot of times after header install there is false knock because of the increased exhaust noise/sound. Check the tune and have the sensitivity for the knock sensors turned down a bit if it is not caused by true knock.
