Knock sensors

Knock sensors I've been data logging my car for my tuner, so I did a WOT pull and at the stop sign when I took off P0327 and P0332 codes popped up low volts to knock sensors.
I checked the connection and the harness, the rubber head shielding is still in tact and non of the wires are touching the headers.
So I cleared the code, and driver for 30 mins and it hasn't returned, anything to be concerned about or could I have experienced knock and cause it during my WOT pull?

Changed plugs today they looked worn out, and saw that my header had burned through one of my spark plug wires so I ordered some made for long tubes, hoping that was my issue since the codes havnt returned yet.
