Default 04 GTO problems

OK, I've read alot of different post on here as a guest, before signing on, I have a '04 A4 that I bought sight unseen on the internet, good price, but not as I thought. It had long tubes, no cats, SLP loudmouth, K&N CAI, no tune, melted O2 wires. I removed the longtubes, replaced with JBA shorties, JBA high flow cats, left the SLP anf K&N, did wires, plugs, O2's,Intake gaskets, smoked intake, no leaks, fuel pressure 58 psi at idle, driving car at 55-65 lt fuel trims are @18, around 80 lt fuel trims are @8, stft are varing between +3, -3, randomly throws P0171,P0174 codes, tried different MAF, no change. I had to put in O2 sensor spacers in the rear sensors to get it barely thru inspection (voltage @.120), engine light came on during exit, Also traction control randomly turns itself off, usually after a long decell, Does it need a tune? Or what to look at next?

When you say fuel trims, do you mean afr reading from the wideband? You should probably turn off the rear o2's with the high flow cats. Sounds like you need a good tuner to tune it up. If you are saying that the wideband is reading 18 at 60mph, that is really lean. 8 is really rich.

Check your fuel pressure under load.

Also check the fuel pump relay. Mine did the same thing some 10 years ago and it was the in-tank fuel pump, worked fine at idle but started "Laying down" under load. It caused the relay to go bad as well.
