I received a new driver side header yesterday. Hope to install it this weekend. Kooks has a great customer service. I've been in contact with Matt @ Kooks. We've been trying different things but nothing worked. So Matt sent me the new header and a t-shirt. He was very quick to respond. I have my fingers crossed with the new header but I'm pretty confident everything will be fine. Can't wait to get the H/C/I setup tuned.

This is a short video after the new driver side header was installed on Saturday. It fit perfect. No issues. Want to thank Matt Neal @ Kooks for all he done to help with this matter. Great customer service. The Video is not the best but gives you an idea. This is the third start since the H/C/I install.

I had the same problem with my last gto with the pacesetter headers, on hard acceleration turning my steering wheel would lock up, scary stuff, ended up going with polyurethane motor mounts since I saw the stock motormounts where a common issue and it fixed the problem......for about 6 months...
provlem came back and I took the motor mounts off to check it out, guess they started collapsing a little maybe from he excessive heat? Idk but ended up saying f it and went with solid aluminum motor mounts and fixed it plus made the car feel more ballsy, now I am on my second gto(sold the other one 4 years ago, missed it n got another one a year ago) and went with solid mounts again, people complain about vibration but it's Honestly not that bad, it's my daily and I barely notice it...

just thought id give you another option in case you want a performance adder without having to bend or modify those beautiful pricy headers...

I ended up reading that part after I posted that lol but definitely shows how good the kooks name is, was just posting for others with same issue if they didn't have kooks. Cheers
