on an 04' GTO what size is the stock sub?

Is there an amp on this thing? if so, where would it be?

It's in the trunk on the drivers side kinda up on the "wall" of the trunk. You have to pull back the lining to get to it.

the amp is either 2x40 or 2x45 watts, its very small and not worth keeping unless you want only a stock system, i found mine

It is a very weak amplifier. I've disassembled one already... I've seen better amps from Radio Shack.

does anyone have pics? i did not know that gtos had sub and amp

no pic of the amp, but its on the drivers side in the trunk behind a peice of sheet metal thats covered with the carpeting. but for the subs...yeah... they're not subs, dont even think they are really 7" either, they are just crappy speakers like the rest of the speakers...
