06 brakes bigger than 05??

06 brakes bigger than 05?? My buddy just bought an 06 gto, and hea says the brakes are bigger than the 05 model, but the FAQ section in ls1gto says the 05 got bigger brakes, and lists nothing about brakes for the 06... anyone know??

05's have larger brakes than 04's, but should be the same on 06's.
To be honest, their is no more room to run a larger caliper/rotor on the front of 05's with the factory 17" wheels/spare. If their were more room, i'm sure they would have gone slightly larger. Becides, I have NO problem slowing down from 100+.
