Drag radials, LTs, and a tune? And what other boltons to do?

Thanks.

Just a guess, but I would say between 12.7 and 12.8 seconds (maybe better?) in the 1/4-mile. It really depends on how good a launch the driver gets. In best Captain Kirk voice...must...get...60' times...down.

CAI is another option to give you a tad more power. I know of stock '05s running 12.8x's, so I'd imagine with LTs you could do mid-12s...depends how it's driven and if A4 or M6. Here the top bolt on times from ls1gto:

Top NA LS2 ET's - Modified - Bolt Ons / Tune Only: ("unopened motor", must retain unmodified factory designated cylinder heads (no porting) camshaft and short block)
1) 2005 goat 12.243 @ 110.76 MPH 3.91 gear, 3600stall, Nitto DR, LPE cai
2) Bad GTO 12.326 @ 108.75 MPH vig 3200 stall, kooks LT
3) Kruul 12.349 @ 111.69 MPH yank 3200, LPE cai, SW LT no cats, magnaflow cb
4) Lord Vador 12.52 @ 111.091 MPH removed MAF screen, no mufflers, air bags, DRs
4) MacDogg 12.575 @ 111.14 LPE cai, kooks, tune, A4
5) slowgoat 12.53 @ 107.3 LPE CAI, 3.91, fuddle 3200, MT DRs

That would depend on the driver, weather, track conditions, etc. What other people have gotten and what YOU will get will vary. These threads get old after awhile.

Mods: Lingenfelter CAI, SLP Longtubes, Corsa Catback, Ported Intake Manifold, Dyno Tune 375hp/tq, GMM Ripshift, Nitto 555 DRs

With 1.9 60' time (M6) the best I've got is 12.9 @ Gainesville. Before I had a shortshifter, best time was 1.9 60' 12.9 @ Bradenton (much better prepped track).
I'm sure 1000 people will tell me I'm a horrible driver, but trust me, there's nothing left in the car with the weather the way it was (late spring-summer runs).

I honestly have no doubt that I can pull a 12.7-12.8 @ Bradenton now that the cooler weather is getting here. I've noticed I run consistently .1-.2 seconds quicker at Bradenton, so who knows, I may get lucky and drop even lower than that.
