what's your cam specs?

I'm seriously looking into this swap too,
my main concern is how it will do with my cam (any clearance issues?)

Went out there today. Still waiting on the heads to come back from the machine shop. Will be next Saturday.

Don't know exactly what the cam specs are-all I know is not over .600 lift.

I am going to guess around 460 rwhp because of the A4 and stall. Otherwise I would say like 480 rwhp if it was a 6 speed. Either way the L92/L76 combo is awesome.

that sounds pretty high....
(altho the stock numbers sound pretty low)

a gain of 145rwhp???
I would guess 80-100 rwhp gain (but I'm pretty new at this stuff)

yea I was kind of judging from the GTO board, the M6 made 415 rwhp with just the milled heads, intake, LT's, CAI, and UDP. Now with a modest cam, that same setup did 480 rwhp on an M6. Hence why I took away about 20 rwhp for the stall and auto, plus he is getting a little touch up work on the heads and intake..... but at any rate, its going to be quick! I really want the L92/L76 package right now.

It's the same shop that did the 480 car. That car did NOT have a ported TB or intake. In addition Robert will be doing some work on the heads.

The low baseline #'s are attributed to the fact I drove the car an hour to get there and it was then strapped to the dyno so in actuality a little higher.

We are hoping for 475rwhp.

if you build it up on GMperformanceparts.com, the dyno simulator shows 475 BHP or so, with the ASA cam. With a different cam and factoring in drivetrain losses, my [uneducated] guess is 440-450 to the wheels after tuning.

LOL, how can you be a rookie, you already have the package! Basically its a great heads and intake set for the money, and it produces great results on the LS2. I am so interested because first, it will look stock under the hood and second, well its just a damn good value

Well got the car back Saturday and it is absolutely incredible.

I can't tell you what the true numbers are because I don't have a dyno sheet. Robert didn't want to give me one because they couldn't get the converter to lock up and he didn't want me to worry because of the numbers. I will tell you he did say that it dynoed higher than a 07 ZO6 (which dynoed about 440rwhp). Rob speculated that it should be around 470rwhp.

Went back today to try and get the converter to lock. Still running unlocked but with a little more tuning we got to 451rwhp and 403rwtq which we think is pretty good. HpTuners really needs to get this issue resolved.

I will see if I can get Rob to post the dyno sheet.

More to come in a week or two.
