Not too bad. I used to work for a radiator manufacturer. Are the tubes oven brazed to the tank plates? Could you post a pic from the opposite side from the fans.

Dumb question? Why are you blocking off all that area on the radiator? If you don't need it you could just shrink that whole unit down much smaller.

The welding job looks pretty good.

This is a bar and plate setup like your typical intercooler. This is not the typical fin and tube setup on all radiators.

Not sure what you mean by blocking off? This was built and speced as per the 05-06 GTO radiators. But these are 3in Tanks.

Main reason for getting a radiator like this is because the first time you lift and head and blow boost into the coolant system your going to blow the radaitor. Been there done that. Another added factor is better cooling. The fans are setup with there own bank so its not pulling from one side or the other.

This setup has 3IN tanks 2 1/4 Core with Dual 11" Spal Fans flowing 1300cfm each . 27" core. Mine fits in the stock location and can be hidden under the plastic peice that goes over the radiator.

I am in the air. I was going to do custom setup but my time is limited. I think I am just going to make the jump on the new Gen-TTZ turbo kit. Motor wise I have a full built 408 heads, cam, intake, Bigstuf3, th400 and a list that keeps going on.

I had the 05/06 radiator but lifted the heads under boost and blew the side out of it. I will get some installed pics. As for pricing. I can not go into that. however I can get any size built to your specs cheaper then you can find anywhere. PM ME
