A Few Throttle Body Questions
I am putting this Engine & Transmission from a 2004 GTO into a 240SX and have a couple questions about the Throttle body.
1. Is this port under the throttle body for a coolant bleeder?
This Hose hooks to a metal pipe that branches off to both heads.
2. Is this some sort of PCV Part? Do I need this? What does the other end hook to?
3. I assume these are hooked up correctly
4. This nipple off the back of the intake...should this be hooked to the brake booster?

OK, the first one is just a coolant bypass. Most people delete it to keep the coolant from heating the throttle body. Just route the line to the top of the radiator. It is needed to flow some coolant from the heads. But goes through the throttle body for emissions standards.
The second one is for the EVAP system. Not needed in your conversion. But it is handy to get the gases from the fuel tank. The valve in line with it is a purge valve.
The vaccum lines are routed correctly. The 180* loop is where the catch cans are usually spliced in. It is there instead of a PCV valve.
The large vaccum port is for the brake power booster.
