I've been going around to a few Pontiac dealers and concensus is that they are asking for a $2,000 deposit to hold/build one for you.
I'm really digging that Impulse Blue Metallic!

Awesome. I'm having troubles with people at GM.
If you don't mind, would you PM or email me the dealer (salesdroid) you set this up with?
I was also gonna ask you guys if you wanted a GTO test mule to play with but I see you've already got that covered.

Re: What are you guys putting down on yours
Hey,
My dealer was allocated 1 unit. I ordered it June 23rd
with NO MONEY DOWN! He is a client and friend of mine-he said that if I didn't want it when it comes in, he will have it sold in an hour!
Got my Build date last week-Sept 20th.
My dealer also gave me his GM confidential documents on the GTO, although kinda watered down, they are cool.
I ordered a 6spd, Barbados Blue-kinda reminds me of the old pontiac muscle car color. Wonder If it is here before xmas day?

Well, I ordered mine too. Lot better deal than any dealer around here was asking.
They were all saying they didn't know what they were gonna cost then of course the infamous "we'll then have to mark it up to market value!" line. Yea right.

First I want to say that I am new to this Forum. I have been looking at the new GTO since April. I have come here many times and I have been impressed with not only the website but also it Members.
I did the Advanced Order on a 2004 Impulse Blue GTO. I was only required to place $500 down on the build contract.
