Default GTO with children

What are you thoughts on the GTO with 2 kids (ages 8 and 12) as far as room and getting in and out of the car?

Would you think the GTO has more room and ease of access or a TA/Z?

Thanks in advance

I haul my 13/14 year old nephews around in my GTO every weekend. It's tougher to get into the back seat of a GTO than an F-bod, but it's way more comfortable once you get there. My nephews love the car, and don't mind climbing into the back as long as they can go for a ride.

i carry my kids with me with no problem, as far as harder to get in than a f-body, i would have to say they are about the same. although the GTO has more rear seat room.

I have a 1.5 year old and a 4 year old. Same thing as the rest mentioned. It's a little difficult getting into the back seat but once you're back there you have a ton of room. I've heard of 6 feet tall guys riding in the back comfortably.

Yup...getting in/out is the sux0r...especially with the molasses slow seat motors. BUT, they are really nice to sit in.

The problem is the seats don't seem to move up far enough (and as mentioned, it takes them forever to get where they eventually make it).

My stepdad commented that riding in the back of my GTO is much more comfortable than the front seats of my parents' Taurus and Aerio.

My 6 foot 3 inch, 300lb beast man of a brother has ridden comfortably in the back of mine. It's quite a show to see him get in and out, but he had no complaints once back there.

If I'm not in the driver's seat of a GTO, I prefer to be its back seat instead of the front passenger seat. Much more room.

It's pretty common knowledge that the seat motors are slow.

The kids and their friends prefer to ride in the GTO instead of the wife's Malibu. She's going to get a G8 which will is a good move. IMO

My 3 and 5 yr olds ride with me everywhere, both are still required to be in booster seats and they fit in great.

My 20 year old self and my 17 year old sister sat in the back of my parents Goat from PA down to South Carolina and back. Only pain is getting in and out with the slow seats obviously but otherwise no issues. BTW Im just a tad under 6 feet tall.

Also the kids love having a window in the rear seat area. My Camaro did not have a window and the kids could not see out of the vehicle. Also the seats are much more comfortable. There is also a vent for the rear occupants.
