You shouldn't be disapointed because this is the hottest time of the year which means below average times for everybody. When my LS1 GTO A4 was stock last summer I ran a whooping 14.5 at 93 on one run!! Fast forward to this past January and with only minor mods I ran a 13.5 at almost 104.

I agree temp. has a lot to do with it . I have an m6 which is hard enough to launch and went from 13.5 to 13.8 after mods and 95 degree weather.I just recently had my car tuned and baught some 15x10 pro stars w/nitto drags and skinnys .I let my car sit till it cooled off a bit in the evening and was rewarded with 12.8 @ 111.7mph in 90 degree weather. aluminum blocks heat soak really bad.

That time sounds about right for a completely stock 5.7. get a handle and you'll pick up a few tenths. so probably mid 13s. My best time with my 04 was a 13.54 with just a hand held tune. before the tune and with bad gas i ran a 15.7. I was embarrassed.
My 6.0 with long tubes ran 13.1-13.4 in the heat and 12.60s in cool weather.

Yea... I did 14.0 at 101 in my 06 M6 bone stock... I also weigh 280lbs, had a 3/4 full tank of gas, with some crap in my trunk, and was the first time I've ever been to the track. Which may have been obvious from the 3/4 full tank of gas and crap in my trunk... haha
