Default Can I trade Vehicle with a Lien?

I bought my 08' Kawasaki Zx10r with a Kawasaki Credit Card. It is a secured loan and has the lien on the title. I'm interested in trading for a Lsx of some sort. Is it possible to swap lien's or anything?

I would really love to find someone to buy it out right, but i dont know anyone ready to drop almost 9k and i need a car quick like.

Any info would help guys.

If you are thinking about trading with a private party, not a chance in hell. Now if it is a dealer, slightly better. A dealer will pay off the loan on your trade in and apply that to the new cars balance. Once course the KB value of the previous car will be deducted from the new balance, but 99.9999993% you will get shafted on that. Most people that do this become upside down in the previous car and that make them upside down in the new loan.

Best thing to do is sell Kawasaki privately, use that money to pay off the lien, and they the rest( if any ) for a down payment on a car.

I would rather do Private Party for the fact i could get a good deal and Trade in on my bike sucks Ass so bad.

I really need to get in a vehicle so i suppose i can go to a few dealerships locally and see what I'm working with.

you cannot trade to a private party..
if you find someone that wants to buy your bike, and the get approved for a loan with the company you already have it with, they will transfer.

But that is going to be your only choice for that...

Unless it catches fire.. LOL

You need to sell it privately. You're definately going to take a decent loss. Thats to be expected when you buy anything brand new. You can probably get 7800 bucks out of it in this market.

I bet that interest rate on the Kawasaki card is rediculous too.

Just left a local wholesale lot and am trading in (hopefully all works out) for this.

http://www.ta4u2nv.piczo.com/?cr=2&rfm=y

Since that page has been made it now has these mods,

LG G5X3 Cam 114
Dart 225cc Heads
Yank PYE 3600 stall
New 3:73 GM gears
New tires aswell.
All window motors have been replaced.

They are giving me 7k trade in value on my Bike.

That's used to be Jace's car, a local from Little Rock, AR.
